Wylie is an 4 year old brindle brown Boxer/Pit mix. Wylie is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and knows some commands - sit, wait, come. He needs a fenced yard.

Wylie is a love bug at heart and great with kids!
He was surrendered due to not getting along with the other male dog in the home. He does great, however, with other female dogs.

Meet Koda — a devoted, affectionate Cockapoo (born 2015) who lives to cuddle and be near the people he loves. He’s a sweet, loyal companion who greets you with a wagging tail, soft wiggles, and plenty of kisses. Koda adores lap time, quiet play, and curling up close at bedtime.

** Important Home Requirements **

No young children — Koda becomes stressed around toddlers and small children who climb on him or handle him roughly. He recently spent time in a home with older kids and did okay (ages 8-10). He might do well with kids depending on their age and the overall environment in the home. Prefers calm, low‑traffic environment. Thrives in quiet homes without constant activity or small children underfoot. He would love to find a special person to call his own.

Affectionate and velcro‑like — loves to snuggle, follow you around, and nap curled against you. Friendly with adults, older kids and dogs. He would do well with cats. Very social and eager for attention. Sometimes too friendly and doesn’t respect other dogs’ personal space. Does best with tolerant, easygoing canine companions. Toy‑guarding — Management strategies like supervised play and separate chew times work well. Fenced yard recommended. Enjoys supervised outdoor time but should not be left unattended outside. He would also enjoy playing fetch in the yard.

** Health and Care Notes **

Mobility considerations — Koda has a torn ACL and some back issues; he enjoys gentle play but should avoid high jumps and frequent stairs. He has taken medication for discomfort, but doesn't need it regularly right now - only if he's limping.

Crate history — previously stressed by long, unattended crating; does well when crated in a calm, loving environment and when not left alone for long periods.

** Why Koda Is Special **

Koda is a huge-hearted companion who gives love freely once he feels safe. He’s the kind of dog who will happily play gently, then settle into your lap for hours. He’s protective in a caring way and will become deeply bonded to the person who offers him a calm, consistent home. He's such a lover boy and would love to find a special person to call his own.

This was Sparkles first time meeting a cat. They booped noses and then ignored cat. Sparkles was panting because we just came in from outside and running around. Sparkles is naturally submissive so we figured she'd do good with cats but it was nice having it confirmed

Sparkles is submissive to other dogs and takes a minute to warm up. But then she's their best friend! Other dogs also give her confidence.
