We had a blast at new private dog park!

This was our first time visiting and I cannot wait to go back! We brought along my personal dog Stanley and a client dog Gus to check things out!

We donā€™t recommend public dogs parks for a handful of reasons (illnesses, untrained & unsocial dogs, learning bad habits, potential for dog fights) the list is endless. šŸ‘Ž

BUT a private dog park - thatā€™s amazing šŸ‘

We rented this fully fenced 3+ acre park for an hour and had the whole place to ourselves - a dog trainers dream!!!

We trained a little but really allowed the dogs to let loose and explore, find sticks, p*e on every blade of grass, and sniff to their hearts content.

We left with two fulfilled & happy dogs!

The dogs canā€™t wait to go back!

Iā€™m a mom to a two year old little girl and a seasoned mom told me that itā€™s far easier to mother a toddler outside than to mother a toddler inside.

She was right for human toddlers & dog toddlers šŸ˜‰

Maizie & Gus are ten month old Rottweiler puppies and they might not look like puppies, however, they absolutely have puppy brains. On our last training session we took these two to the park!

We completed a longline exercise, practiced recall, loose leash walking, ignoring distractions like people & dogs, practiced their obedience, and had a blast spending quality time with these dogs.

Raising a puppy is no easy feat so Iā€™ll give you the same advice that wise mom told me - when raising a puppy seems a little too overwhelming- grab a long leash and take them to a big green field!

Our Puppy Essentials Class Students aced their Recall Skills practice!

We teach our students a Paper Plate Recall Game created by the great Dick Russell who was a pioneer in the dog industry!

A simple and effective game to help our puppies to come when called - the most important skill! These puppies rocked it and caught on to the game like pros!

Thereā€™s no party like a puppy party!! šŸŽ‰

This weekā€™s Puppy Social Class brought the energy and we loved every second of it!

We created Puppy Social Class to provide a safe and trainer led opportunity for puppies to play with each other with help & guidance from our top notch puppy trainers.

Weā€™re letting them romp and also helping them take breaks when needed. Theyā€™re zooming and wrestling and also helping them find friends that enjoy that too. All while we answer puppy parent questions. Itā€™s busy and fun filled 45 minutes.

We have 1ļøāƒ£ more Puppy Social Class this month on Saturday, May 23rd at 11 am! Located at our facility in Millard.
