Rainbow Bridge
Between the stars and our hearts,
there’s a place of love and peace,
where the meadows bloom, bellies are full,
and sunshine will never cease.
When a beloved pet departs earth’s embrace,
they find this haven –
warmed by light and wrapped in grace.

No pain remains, no age, no strife,
only joy, and endless life.
They run and play with friends anew,
restored to strength, their spirits true.

Yet sometimes, midst their happy cheer,
they pause and gaze – as if to peer
beyond the fields, beyond the sun,
waiting for their cherished one.
Then comes the day, the instant bright –
a knowing glance, a burst of light!
Across the grass, they fly to you,
heart to heart, their love shines through.

Reunited now, no more time apart,
you hold them close, your soul, your heart.
With tears of joy, you walk as one,
across the Rainbow Bridge, where your journeys are done.

Today's Pawprints on the Lawn memorial service is being moved indoors to the Mausoleum chapel, right across from Forever Friends pet cemetery, due to weather.

Little Man "Bo" Hankins was born Brett. He gained the name Little Man when he was adopted because he weighed only 8 ounces and fit in the palm of your hand. Littles as he was lovingly referred to by his Mom was survived by his mom Becky Hankins and his brothers Gizmo, Casper, Mowgli and Balloo. Littles was always a sweet old soul who would rather cuddle than play, not that he turned down a good toy usually his mom's shoe that you would sometimes find his head buried in to sleep. Littles was a bright star that burned out far to quickly and will be mourned and missed forever.

Marvin came into our lives on March 2022 after being born on Jan 5.
He just turned 4…far too young to pass.
He stole our hearts in so many ways. He was a playful dog, kind of ornery sometimes. He was loving but it was on his terms. He always seemed to sit just out of reach and you’d have to reach out to pet him and pull him in to love him…but he’d let you.
The joy of having a dog is something that you can’t describe to people who don’t know/love dogs.
They are faithful and true. They know when you are joyful and when you are sorrowful and they respond in kind. They never judge you for your failings or shortcomings. They lift you up from the deepest wells.
Marvin Henry will be forever in our hearts. We decided to bury him at Forest Lawn’s Forever Friends Pet Cemetery because he was too beautiful to cremate. Each of us had a unique relationship with Marvin because dogs are as unique as we are. For me, I am going to miss coming home and getting down on the floor for some playtime or cuddle time. I am going to miss his warm, soft fur. I am going to miss his knowing looks. But most of all I’m going to miss his unconditional love and friendship.

You'll Meet Me in the Light
I know that you can't see me,
but trust me I'm right here.
Although I'm up in heaven,
my love for you stays near.
So often I see you crying,
many times you call my name.
I want so much to lick your face
and ease some of your pain.
I wish that I could make you see
that Heaven indeed is real.
If you could see me run and play
how much better you would feel.
But our loving God has promised me
that when the time is right,
you'll step out of the darkness and

Benjers was such a sweet little boy! He would always get his toy when someone would come to the house. He never barked and was just a loving little dog. He loved to run and play. We will miss him forever.
