Our black-tie gala is a spooky, elegant night of cocktails, food, and Halloween fun, all to fund medical care and support for Felius' open-concept shelter in Dundee. 🦇✨ Last year we raised $30,000 and we know this year will be even better!

Maya is 8 years old and came to our clinic after her long time owners had to surrender her after moving into an assisted living facility. Maya would be the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a gentle, independent spirit. She's happy to do her own thing but also enjoys being close to her people, quietly keeping you company through the day. Affection is a necessity, but it must be on her terms. Once she's ready she'll happily soak up all of your attention, pets, and love. She's all about chin scratches, butt pats, and occasional belly rubs. When she's in the mood to play Maya's favorites so far have been wand toys and sparkly pom-pom balls. Don't skimp on the Temptations or you'll hear about it later. Laid back, sweet, and full of charm, Maya would do best as the only pet, with no young children, and would thrive in a calmer home that appreciates her independent personality. We will be closing early tomorrow (Friday, August 7) for our monthly staff meeting! If you are dropping off your baby kitty tomorrow, please pick up by 3pm! If you need medications or food, please get them by 3! You will be able to leave a message when we close and we will get back to you!
