Good morning! The decision has been made to import customers from Wednesdays scheduled to today's schedule, Tuesday. Not sure how the rain is going to play out tomorrow so we'll get as much done as we can and go from there. If we are not able to clean your yard on Wednesday for those that we do not get, look for your cleanup to take place on Thursday. If you have any questions please DM or email us at your convenience. Thank you and have a great week!

As far back as this weekend I have been monitoring the weather. A few things have changed but one thing that has remained constant is the thunderstorms that are supposed to take place for most of the day on Thursday. In an effort not to get behind and being a slave to the weather forecast I am going to combine Wednesday and Thursday as much as I can so that if it does thunderstorm all day we will be in a position to recover before the weekend. Please let me know through email or respond in the DMs if there is another way you would like us to handle this for your cleaning this week.

Good morning. I will need to take today off due to the passing of my father-in-law early this morning. I will also need to take a day in the near future, yet to be determined, for his funeral. This is all out of town, otherwise I could work through it a little better. My apologies for any inconvenience and our thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hello! Just a quick note to let the customers that I personally serve know that we wrapped up the work week, yesterday. My son, who is a gymnast, has made it to Regionals competition in Portland, Oregon and being one of six on his level, in the state, to make the All-Star team to represent Nebraska. Will be back to work next Thursday. Thank you for your business and for your understanding!

Good evening! Well, it has been a day. We started the day off with one truck down because the battery was absolutely dead. That truck will have to wait for us to take care of it as we've made other arrangements and went on with our day.

Next, we proceeded with the day and found that since it was so warm , there were many customers who we were not able to get to because their gates would not swing open enough for us to enter their yards due to the very cold temperatures and snow abutting those gates. That took some time.

We will be taking care of things tomorrow starting real early in getting Tuesday done while, in addition, getting to the stragglers, we were not able to get to today.

I hope you never lose sight of the fact that we are always trying provide satisfaction to all of our customers and we always follow up.

Thank you and have a great evening as we are grateful for a mild seasonal break in the cold winter we have experienced, so far!

Good evening! Just a quick note to let you know that we have arrived, tomorrow, at the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Will be working tomorrow, Sunday, in order to be able to take Thanksgiving and the Friday after off. We will conclude our pickup schedule with Wednesday this week. All things being equal Wednesday will represent Friday's pick up. Thank you and we hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Well, this hit us, unknowingly, like walking into a sledgehammer. Penny was getting older and she was dealing with some issues like arthritis, but over the weekend she experienced a sudden and aggressive onset of hip dysplasia in both rear hips. Our vet recommended that she brought in to be put down today and we are following that advice.

Our vet is about an hour and a half away so a lot of the customers I serve today will not get service. I apologize and I will make sure to this up for you during this week.

Good afternoon, I just want to reach out and let you know of a couple of things that have been happening.

1. We are in the process of posting for a position that will give Ernie better coverage when he needs to take time of and for new work that comes in on an ongoing basis.

2. Unfortunately, right now, there has been a medical emergency with his dad that requires Ernie's presence. As soon as Ernie can put a plan in place for familial coverage, Ernie should be at work. The goal is for later today or tomorrow.

Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

***MONDAY CUSTOMERS ONLY***

Hello! Ernie will be out of town on Monday so he will (only Ernie's customers) expedite your day to Sunday. He will be in yards tomorrow, Sunday, in place of Monday. The rest of the week will be normal.

Thanks!

I apologize for the last couple weeks. I got really sick over Christmas and have been out for an extended time. I did get out there and cleaned almost all of my customers, at least once. I am sorry for the handful I wasn't able to get through.

I felt like I had gotten well enough to get back out there, but I have had a little set back. I will take the next few days to rest and hopefully get rid of this once and for all.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
