Good morning. So we have bad news we are closing shop and moving. Is sad as it is I'm doing it for family and family has to come first. Good morning. So I just wanted to start off by saying if I offended you in any way about my post yesterday that was not my intentions. My intentions are to teach people how to basically train their dogs for grooming by offering my services once a month or every 3 to 4 weeks your dog will be getting trained for free but if you wait every three to four months and you don't do any of the normal routines of Grooming bathing blow drying brushing and combing all the things that a professional dog groomer does it will make it it harder for your dog to understand. I only want to help this is my passion I love your dogs very much and I just hope that we can come to some understanding. The second thing I want to mention is I will always try to do my very best in doing everything I can to finish the haircut but I will not restrain your dog for two reasons for one it's awful I hate it the dog hates it and that's not the experience I want your dog to have second it is a liability for me to stress your dog out to the max and that's not my intentions ever. My goal is to offer a safe and quiet grooming experience and if I don't know that your dog is reactive to certain things I am not ready for it just as anybody else would be there are a lot of signs but I try to give every dog and every owner of the benefit of the doubt before I make judgment but when I'm lied to it does put me in this place where I am not willing to sacrifice my business my health or your pup in trying to give them a haircut. Like I said I will always try to do my very best and if you the customer wants to help that is honestly appreciative whatever we can do to help your dog understand that grooming is safe I am down but please please do not lie about how your dog behaves in this setting it doesn't benefit anybody. The pup I had yesterday I was able to finish the head ears face most of the body and the tail and the privates but when it came to the legs and feet he was super defensive mind you he was not fixed a year old and looks like he hadn't been groomed in months so I kind of wondered how he was going to do because of the matting and most dogs that are not fixed tend to have more of an attitude towards new people not all but some and I know the breeds but I did my best I know Mom was not probably super happy that I had to stop the groom but I felt like if I continued on he was going to either injure himself or me and that's not what I want to do ever he was very sensitive about the Clippers so I had to scissor his head face ears neck and parts of his legs but until the owner puts in the time and effort to do what is needed which is combing brushing desensitizing your dog to touch in those sensitive places I cannot do my job safely and I have to turn away business because of this and that really hurts as well so I just wanted to reiterate what my post was yesterday and I hope we can all figure this out together thank you so much for reading we love you all and we greatly appreciate your business thank you and have a great day

Good afternoon everyone. So I just want to let everyone know before this happens again( I do not take aggressive dogs) whether that is biting for their( feet, face or clippering on legs, body or brushing) if your dog is not used to being groomed you should be honest with your groomer so that we can point you in the right direction but because I work alone I will not take dogs with this behavior!
