HELLLLLOOO!!! We have been gone for quite some time with the van needing matience and being down for several months.
First and foremost I want to give a HUGE acknowledgement to all the clients who supported and loved us in this insane time and who continued to bring their babies to us and constantly check in with us, we are so appreciative of you.
Now I would like to announce a grand re-opening! Although we don't have an exact date we are opening the intake form for new clients so the second we get the call, messaging will go out to the current clients who stayed with us and anyone new to get booked for the year! I would also like to add that Jessica will completely be stepping down from scheduling. You were still more than welcome to reach out to her with any comments questions or concerns that you have! We are so excited to get back on the road and see all these beautiful fluffy faces!

Okay! So I’m just going to lay this out because some clients are pretty upset my schedule has been crazy and others seem to understand. Mid/end of December my van broke down, it got fixed January 11, 4 days later I ended up with a really bad case of the flu I was tested for Covid, it was negative. I received an email from my kids school yesterday that 11 or more people at each of their schools have tested positive for Covid, both of my kids of course woke up very sick, they have not been tested. I intend on just taking a week off, letting everyone and everything quarantine and get back to normal. If your pup cannot make it between now and their next scheduled grooming I can privately recommend some places to go to get you by until your next appointment! I can try to get people in sooner once I’m back working but unfortunately my schedule is extremely tight and even with no days off I’ve run out of room to put all of the make up appointments I am doing everything I can to accommodate everyone. I know this is incredibly frustrating but I want all of my clients and myself safe. I’ve been out of work for over a month now, trust me I’m ready to be back! If you have been affected by my absence and we have not worked anything out please message me on the app or my cell and we can come up with a plan! Thank you all!

I just wanted to say how much I absolutely love every single one of my clients! In this downtime with the van so many of you have continued to bring your pups to me, give me words of encouragement and have just been so freaking supportive and awesome! Thank you to all of my wonderful clients, my family and I appreciate you all so much!

Just to let all my wonderful clients know right now I am not mobile! My serpentine belt and some other very important parts need to be replaced! Although I am accepting dogs to come to the house and keep their grooming appointment I cannot say for sure when the van will be fixed! Mercedes postponed my service so we are having to find other ways to get the van fixed. If you have an upcoming appointment please shoot me a text for home grooming and I will update everyone as soon as the van is fixed!
