Some days, our clients bring us their dogs… and some days, they bring us a little extra sunshine. 🌸💕

These gorgeous dahlias were grown and brought to us by a very dear client, just for us to enjoy. And somehow she knew — dahlias are my absolute favorite! 😍

Such a simple, thoughtful gesture that absolutely made my day. We really do have the sweetest people in our Farmhouse family. 🥹🌸

And seriously… LOOK at these flowers! She grew these! 🤩

📣 A quick payment update for our Farmhouse family!

Beginning September 1st, Farmhouse Dogs will no longer accept payments through Venmo or PayPal.

We’re making this change to simplify our accounting and payment tracking while still keeping things easy and convenient for you. Our secure Square invoices and payment links make paying from home quick and simple! 🐾

Four Pointers walk into a sleepover… 😂🐾

Last night’s guest list: two Wirehaired Pointing Griffons + two German Shorthaired Pointers — which, by our calculations, equals approximately 47 dogs’ worth of energy. ⚡️😂

Would everyone willingly sign up for this much enthusiasm, athleticism, personality, and GO GO GO under one roof?

Probably not.

Would we?

ABSOLUTELY. 🙋‍♀️❤️

Give us the zoomies, the goofy personalities, the questionable decisions, and the group photo where everyone miraculously holds still for 0.7 seconds. 📸

Some call it a challenge. We call it a really good sleepover. 🐾

Breaking news: Pema has been promoted to Director of Hydration. 💦

Her job description includes wrestling the hose into submission while making sure every bucket passes her rigorous inspection.

It’s not the most efficient system we’ve ever seen…
…but it is the cutest. 🐾❤️

🚨 INCIDENT REPORT 🚨

A license tag was recovered in our yard, leading us to believe one of our guests may have intentionally discarded their identification before leaving the premises.

Motive: Unknown.

Suspect was last seen running at full speed with what witnesses described as “no regrets.”

If this tag belongs to your dog, please send us a message. We’ll return the evidence without adding anything to their permanent record. 🐾

Case remains open.

Today’s staff meeting was… surprisingly productive. 🐾

Topics discussed:
• More treats.
• Longer naps.
• Earlier breakfast.
• Why squirrels continue to be tolerated.

No conclusions were reached, but everyone agreed to stare at us until snacks were provided. 😅🤭

Heads up, Farmhouse family! 🐾

We wish this post was announcing the end of the Fones Road construction… but not quite yet. 🚧

Beginning Monday (tomorrow 😬), the city will be closing the main road to through traffic for the next 3 weeks. We know this is an inconvenience, and trust us—we’re feeling it right alongside you.

The good news is there are still several easy ways to get to Farmhouse using other main roads, with little to no extra travel time. If you’re unsure of the best route, don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff members—we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

Thank you for sticking with us through the construction and for always going the extra mile (sometimes literally!) to bring your pups our way. We appreciate your patience and support more than you know. 🤍🖤

🚧 Upcoming Partial Closure on Fones Road 🚧

Starting as soon as Monday, July 27, Fones Road will be closed to through traffic near the south entrance to Home Depot while crews install the new roundabout and continue paving. The closure is expected to last about three weeks and will be in place 24 hours a day.

🏠 Access to homes and businesses will be maintained, but drivers will not be able to travel through the closure area. Please plan ahead, expect delays, allow extra travel time, and follow posted detour signs.
