It is with great sorrow that I share with his friends in the horse world that Alan Sheain Jr. has passed away from complications following his accident.
A talented up and coming amateur handler who was making a splash in both the halter and under saddle arenas, His jolly face will be missed by all.
Please respect his family in this trying time. Announcements will be made when up coming plans for his final wishes are made.

RUMOR CONTROL SPEAKS:
Alan has been severely injured. It happened while he was working his regular job. Not a horse related injury. He is currently in a hospital in San Antonio, Tx. But he will be moved soon to a recovery and rehabilitation facility in Wichita Falls, Tx.
He is able to enjoy your texts, pictures, and well wishes. But he has asked me to let everyone know that he tires easily and may not get back to you right away. He isn't ignoring anyone. He just needs his rest and will get back to everyone when he can.
For those asking: Update as of 26 Aug. He will recover, it will take time. He will be back in the show ring, but not anytime soon.
When he has an address for sending cards, etc., I will post it here.
Thank You for your thoughts and kindness. Alan can use all the well wishing he can get right now.
For now, the only updates and information that are correct will come from myself. When Alan is feeling better, he will give his own updates. Thank You for your assistance in making sure only the truth gets out on this.

A boarder here wants to know:
Do you feed hay first or grain first? Why do you feed it that way? We are doing a mini survey, so give us your opinion.

Condolences to Alan Shein Jr. on the ending of CP Ambition. What a gentle and sweet stallion. He was much loved here at TSHTC and will be missed by all.

Hey followers. Just a heads up. TSHTC mow has a waiting list to come in. All stalls are full and there are also no more pasture slots available. For the first time since purchasing the property, we are full. A big thank you to everyone for that. Because there are a couple of for sale horses here now, fall openings are possible. Looking for a nice show horse? check in with us, there are some really nice ones. All very suited for the amateur rider.
