A customer shared this after making PupsPaste part of their dogs’ regular brushing routine. Their consistency is incredible.
Here’s the review:
“Thank you for making this toothpaste! I have been looking for an organic toothpaste for dogs that had 100% beneficial ingredients + enzymes, for years. Finally I found PupsPaste and I’m so happy I did.
Packaging is lovely, with instructions on how to introduce your dog to the toothpaste and brushing. It also comes with a little spatula to scoop out the toothpaste if you want (I forgot to include it in my photos, sorry) and the kit I purchased came with a toothbrush that is perfect for our medium-large sized dog.
We have a 1 year old English Shepherd (~60lbs), and he is very picky about food/treats. He also has a little bit of a sensitive stomach. The first time I opened the toothpaste container, he came running, sniffed it, and then to my surprise actually wanted to eat it, haha (of course we didn’t let him eat it, but I did put a tiny bit on the brush and let him lick it first. He LOVES it). He was very accepting and cooperative for the actual brushing part, but I kept it short and sweet the first time to make it very positive (PupsPaste says this in their instructions, too).
Now, he gets his teeth brushed pretty much every day, or at least 5 days a week. When he hears me get the toothpaste off the shelf and open it, he excitedly runs over and can’t wait to get his teeth brushed! It’s also not had any negative effects on his sensitive stomach. His breath smells great, teeth look great.
I have also been brushing my sister’s dog’s teeth with it - she is an 11 year old golden retriever. She loves the taste too, and it is already helping to keep her breath smelling good and teeth looking great so far (~2 wks of consistent use as of now. Her breath was awful before!).
Our English Shepherd does get a little jealous if I brush her teeth before his, and comes over and kind of sits there and pouts while waiting for his turn (he’s that excited about PupsPaste).
We’ll continue purchasing this, and definitely will recommend it to friends and family for their dogs, as well. I plan to make a little video of both dogs getting their teeth brushed, and and update after a few months of consistent use.
Thank you so much, PupsPaste! 😊🐾💜”
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review and for putting in the consistency. That’s exactly what daily dental care is all about. 👏
