A quick reminder for our clients:
For the time being, we kindly ask for a little extra patience and understanding during drop-off. ❤️
Our shop minimum for time spent here is 4–6 hours. This does NOT mean your pet is being neglected, forgotten, or ignored, but quite the opposite!
We take our time with each pet and prioritize their safety, comfort, proper handling, and quality of grooming. We do not want to rush through a groom just to get a pet out the door. Some pets need more time than others, and we want to make sure every pet receives the individual attention they deserve. You are always welcome to bring in food, treats, or comfort items for your fur baby for them to recieve while being here.

We truly appreciate your patience and continued trust in us! Your pets’ comfort and safety always come first.🐾🤎

Osana's Pet Spa will be closed this Friday though Monday. We will reopen with our normal business hours next week and look forward to seeing all of our furry friends then.
