Another passing that I just found out about today. On March 4th, Lacey Bortz crossed the rainbow bridge. Her story is mind boggling. Her owners moved away and left her in a crate in their basement. It took 30 days for someone to find her and amazingly she was alive. She was emaciated and had lost patches of her hair from f***s being stuck to her body She was later adopted by Dale and Beverly Bortz. They showered her with love and treated her like the princess she was. Despite Lacey’s trauma, she remained a happy and loving pup. She loved everyone and wagged her tail always! Unfortunately she lost her battle with cancer and passed away on March 4th. I haven’t groomed her in about 2 years because of her dad’s health issues, etc, but I loved her alot. I will never forget her ability to forgive being let down so horrifically and still remain a happy, loving girl. She was definitely one special pup. RIP beautiful Lacey ❤️🐶🌈

Today is a sad day. Another one of my grooming pups has crossed the rainbow bridge. PJ was 14 years old and I’ve groomed him for 11 of those 14 years. The longest I’ve groomed any dog. He is the dog that my 2 year old granddaughter knows by name when she sees his picture. I’m so sorry for your loss Father Rich. RIP PJ my little friend. I will miss you 💔🐾
