I'm working tomorrow, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. If you're looking for a nail clip, just pop in between 9:30 and 12 any of those days.

I'm not opening until 10 today... my indoor cat escaped and needs assistance getting out of a tree. Good thing he's cute!

I'm not sure if it's a T-Mobile thing or just my phone but it isn't letting me receive calls or call out. It'll ring and as soon as it's answered, it drops. If you need to reach me, send a text. That appears to be working just fine.

I'm going to explain the grooming process. I have people say "you don't need to dry it, I'll pick it up wet". Dog grooming doesn't work that way. We don't cut their hair wet like human hair stylists do.

I am off for the holiday weekend. I will be in the shop Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday next week.

I've already had people come in and say "leave the hair longer, cold weather is coming". Cooler, yes but it doesn't get really cold for another 3 or 4 months. Longer hair means they need to get groomed more often or you need to keep them brushed/ combed/ mat free at home. If you start growing it out now, the likelihood of them becoming too matted and needing to be shaved in the coldest part of winter is pretty high.
Sugar was kind enough to be my hair growth model. This is 10 weeks worth of growth for her. Definitely long enough to mat. Their hair grows fast.
