With heavy hearts we share that Smudge, our sweet, beautiful alumni kitty, has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈 We extend our deepest gratitude to her adopter who showered her with immense love and comfort, even in her final moments. Rest in peace sweet girl. You were so deeply loved. 🤍

Thanks to the incredibly quick action of her foster, Maylee is getting the care that she needs in the ER. 🐾❤️‍🩹
Right now, there are still so many unknowns about her diagnosis and prognosis. What we do know is that emergency medical care is costly and this rescue cannot do it alone. We need your help to rally around this sweet girl. As soon as she’s better, she’ll be up for adoption at the cafe.

These sessions are meant to help our shyest cats by creating a safe, quiet space for them to feel less afraid and increase their chances of finding their forever homes. 🐾❤️ This fundraiser supports our rescue partner, . Sign up is *free* with a $10 minimum cash donation payable upon entry.

Space is limited and registration is required. This is a quiet event to help shy cats learn to trust. Preferred age is 16+.

Patricia is the newest member of our cafe family! 🐾 At 9 yrs old, she deserves the world.✨

Patricia’s hyperthyroidism is easily managed with a small dose of daily medicine. Thanks to the incredible team at A Chance for Love Rescue, she’s getting the exact care she needs until she finds her forever home.

Patricia came to us from a local animal control looking for a second chance at comfort, care, and love. Because of generous donations from supporters like you, we were able to provide senior bloodwork to better understand her health needs.

That testing revealed that Patricia has hyperthyroidism, a common condition in senior cats that can greatly affect their quality of life if left untreated. Thankfully, with medication and proper management, Patricia is now feeling more comfortable and able to enjoy the life she deserves.

Early on, Butterscotch, now known as Butters, made it clear that cafe life was not for him, which had us worried it might take a while for someone to see through his defenses and appreciate the amazing cat he truly is.
But then the stars aligned when Rachel came to visit, and it was love at first sight! 💖 The moment he set paws in her house, he knew he was home. She’s clearly his person, and we couldn’t be happier for this purrfect match!
