📢 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM PURRFECTLY PAMPERED PET SPA! 🐾✂️

Please make sure you are checking your text messages for our appointment reminders! We’ve had an influx of No Call/No Shows, and unfortunately, these directly affect our groomers’ pay. When an appointment is missed without notice, our groomers lose out on that time and income.

When you receive your appointment reminder text, please follow the instructions in the text to confirm your appointment. Simply reply “Y” if your appointment is correct and you plan to come.

If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to fill that spot with another client.

⚠️ Please don’t assume that because you haven’t heard from us, your appointment isn’t scheduled. Your reminder text is there to help you keep track of your appointment, and we ask that you take a moment to confirm it.

We completely understand that things come up—life happens! We just ask that you communicate with us rather than simply not showing up.

Our groomers work hard, and when someone doesn’t show up, that empty appointment directly impacts their paycheck.

We will be closed for Labor day this weekend on Friday 9/4 and Monday 9/7.

Our books have been so full this past month! We have been so thankful for all of the business we have been given at BOTH locations. We have been so blessed our same-week appointment promises are getting much harder to keep 🤭I know we get sappy, but we are SO thankful for each and every pup we care for here!
We want to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and wish our staff a comfortable, relaxing weekend.
We will be returning to work on Tuesday 9/8 to give your pooches the love and care they deserve! We will address all of your messages and calls when we return on Tuesday!
