Opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive exist in every industry, including fitness.

A big shoutout to Crunch Fitness Olathe, KS for recognizing Matt's talents and creating a workplace where he can learn, grow, and succeed. This opportunity means so much to Matt, and were incredibly proud of the hard work, positivity, and dedication he brings to the team each day.

Were also grateful for all of our employer partners who champion inclusive hiring and help make meaningful employment possible. And to our hardworking students, thank you for showing up, working hard, and inspiring us every day.

Together, were building a more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Anna loves being part of the team at Betty Rae's Ice Cream, and in this video, she shares what she does at work and what having a job means to her.

Meaningful employment is about so much more than a paycheck. It builds confidence, independence, friendships, new skills, and a sense of purpose. For many of the individuals we serve, having a job also means staying active, productive, and being part of a team that values their contributions. Through opportunities like these, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can showcase their talents, contribute to their communities, and thrive.

At Inclusion Connections, we're committed to creating pathways to meaningful employment, but we can't do it alone.

Continuing our celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we're proud to recognize the employer partners who are helping create more inclusive workplaces throughout our community. At Betty Rae's Ice Cream, Anna and Zoe have become valued members of the team, bringing positivity, dedication, and enthusiasm to their work every day.
