Heads up, Fetchers family 🐾

We’re rolling out a new software system starting Monday to better serve you and your pups. While we’re excited for the improvements ahead, there may be a few bumps as we get everything fully up and running.

During this transition, you may experience:
• Slight delays at check-in and check-out
• Occasional website or app hiccups
• A few changes that may affect your normal routine

Our team will be working hard behind the scenes (and at the front desk) to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and grace as we navigate this upgrade.

If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve got you 🤍

Thank you for sticking with us as we make things even better for you and your dogs.
