📣 ANNIVERSARY SHOUTOUT 📣

Happy 1st Anniversary to Victoria! She joined us last year with some experience in vet med but was ready to grow her skills...and she did! Victoria jumped right in and started learning our hospital and all of our AAHA and Fear Free Certified Practice procedures. She continued to help our team daily and is the calming presence to our tech team. Victoria also has a creative side and has been helping commission some pet portraits and art for our hospital. Katie recently joined our Lakeview Team almost 6 months ago. She brings with her experience both in Vet Med and customer service and has taken off as a Lakeview CSR. Katie dove right in to learn how we manage our patient and is cheerfully getting to know our clients!

Thank you Kylee!!

Kylee has been with our Lakeview team just over 2 years, but it feels as if she's always belonged! She learned Vet Med very quickly and became a valuable member of our CSR team. Kylee is up for the every challenge and helps facilitate daily admin tasks to take care of our Lakeview Pets.

She is so fun to work with and always makes us laugh. We've loved watching Kylee excel the past two years at Lakeview and we're grateful to have her on our amazing 🤩 CSR Team!

Katelyn was actually one of our clients! She was driven through her experience with our Lakeview team to want to help people in the way we helped her family. Katelyn joined our Lakeview Team in 2023 and has been an amazing addition to our CSR team! Just like her photo, she is a ray of sunshine and always brings a smile everyday. She is compassionate, kind, and always striving to find the win-win solution to every problem. Katelyn is currently pursuing her degree to become a Registered Veterinary Technician through Penn Foster and utilizes her knowledge and skills for our Lakeview pets and clients.

Katelyn has also been a Mama Bear to our team, knowing when we need a pick-me-up and surprising us with treats. We were so happy to surprise her this week with a baby shower and are excited for her to become a Mama to her baby boy 💙 😍

Thank you Maisie!!

Maisie moved from California and joined our Lakeview Team in 2021 as one of our Veterinary Assistants. Her prior experience in Vet Med and Fear Free Certification made her one of our Fear Free Champions as we pursued our Fear Free Practice Certification in Nov 2021.

Although she was an amazing 🤩 Vet Assistant, she felt called to focus more on the client aspect of veterinary medicine, and moved to the CSR team in 2025. Her technical experience has been so insightful to her position as a CSR as well as helping train other CSR's to have more medical knowledge and understanding. Maisie is fantastic at customer service and has an unmatched dedication to advocating for animals. She consistently shines her positivity on everyone around her and we're grateful to have her on our team 🫶

Thank you Hannah!!

Hannah joined Lakeview in 2021 with a background in Vet Med, bringing her experience to our Lakeview Team. She has been so influential these past 5 years to helping us create effective policies as our hospital grew and moved into the new building. Additionally, Hannah was a pioneer up front as we completed our Fear Free Practice Certification, helping our CSR team create protocol to facilitate the best fear free visit from the time they walked in the door. Hannah is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and driven to providing the best service and care for our pets, clients and team. She is our go-to for project management and takes on responsibilities to their completion, and we are so grateful to depend on her. Hannah also helps take care of our team through birthday and anniversary recognition, and we love her thoughtful details and gifts! We appreciate her work ethic and dedication to our Lakeview mission of helping pets and people 🐾 🫶

Bobbie was a Lakeview client first, then joined our team in 2018! She has been amazing these past almost 8 years, helping our CSR team grow from 2 to now 7 incredible team members. Bobbie has met every challenge within the clinic as we have grown and progressed, including our new hospital build and Fear Free Certification. 📣 In 2025, she mastered the Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence course to continue her education and leadership for our CSR team! 📣 We are so proud of how much she has accomplished at Lakeview and continues to drive better customer service for our pets and clients everyday!
