Please be aware: the Water Bark is NO WAY affiliated with the page "The Alumni & Lodge Network" or any spam accounts tagging our followers in the comment sections.

These unauthorized accounts use bot profiles to target and replay to people who comment on our Facebook posts, attempting to sell unauthorized merchandise (like T-shirts, mugs and hoodies). We do NOT receive funds from these sales, and we believe the operation is a scam.

How you can help keep our community safe:
* Do NOT click any links posted by these profiles or purchase items from unauthorized third-party links.
* Do NOT interact with their comments or messages.
* REPORT them: if you see these bot accounts commenting under our posts or replying to you, please report the comment/profile directly to Facebook as a scam.

Our team tries to ban the bot commenters as quickly as we can, but please stay vigilant!

**Update** Bill and Howie have found a wonderful foster through the Oklahoma Lab Rescue, we are so happy they can stay together.

We wanted to take a minute and say a special thanks and a prayer for John Steed who passed away on June 26th. John had been a client here since April of 2019. He had fostered many hospice labs through Oklahoma Lab Rescue. He was a kind and loving guy who dedicated his life to the dogs in his care. We can’t imagine what might have happened had he not been involved in those dog’s senior years. Now, John’s dogs need our help. He left behind Howie, a 14-year-old Lab and Bill, a 12-year-old Akbash mix. Two of the sweetest dogs. With no family that can take them, we are asking our community of dog lovers to ask everyone they know if they could foster both dogs together until the Lab rescue can find a foster for them. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for his family and a big thank you to all of the people like John out there doing what seems to be the impossible.

We wanted to introduce everyone to the latest Free To Live Animal Sanctuary dogs that we are working with. Please meet Tiger and Tesla.

Tiger has been coming to see us since March of 2026, he is a 12 year old, ever so sweet ball addict. Tiger is coming in to see us to help with his hind end arthritis and he loves to swim and play fetch. He has been with Free to Live for over 7 years now and we would LOVE to see him get another furever home. He is such a joy to be around.

Tesla has been coming to see us since August of 2025 for ACL surgery recovery. She is a 10 year ball of fun and is wonderful with people, but needs time with other dogs. We would love to see her get another furever home also. She is onery, but really enjoys being the center of attention.

Thank you to all who have been donating for helping these sweeties get their much needed therapy swims.
