✂️🐾 What If I Get Home and Don’t Love My Dog’s Haircut?

First—please tell us! ❤️
Sometimes you don’t notice something until you get home. Maybe you wanted the face a little shorter, the ears shaped differently, or the body left a little longer. That’s okay!
If there’s something about your dog’s groom you aren’t happy with, give us a call. We’re always happy to make adjustments within 7 days of the appointment.
And remember, every groomer has their own hands, techniques, and style. If you feel like another groomer might be a better fit for the look you prefer, you are always welcome to request someone different. We promise—we won’t be offended!
Even if you don’t want to come back in for an adjustment, please let us know. We keep detailed grooming notes on our clients so we can make changes at the next appointment.
We can’t fix something we don’t know about, and we would much rather have the opportunity to make it right than have you leave disappointed. ❤️
Our goal is simple: we want you to love your dog’s groom! 🐩✨

🐾 Why Do Groomers Charge No-Show Fees? 🐾

We completely understand that life happens—kids get sick, work runs late, and unexpected things come up. ❤️ But when a grooming appointment is missed without notice, that time usually can’t be filled.
Unlike many businesses, groomers reserve several hours specifically for your dog. That appointment is part of your groomer’s scheduled workday and income. When a client doesn’t show, the groomer is still here, ready to work—but without a pet to groom, they simply don’t get paid for that time.
A no-show fee isn’t meant to be a punishment. It helps protect our groomers’ time and livelihood while allowing us to continue providing the quality, one-on-one care your pets deserve.
We truly appreciate our clients who call or message when plans change. Giving us notice gives another pet the opportunity to take that appointment and helps us take care of the hardworking people who take such great care of your dogs. 🐶💎

The holidays will be here before we know it, and we highly recommend booking your holiday grooming appointments early this year!
We’ll be a little short-staffed during the holiday season because TWO of our amazing groomers will be heading out on maternity leave! 👶🍼💕
We are SO excited to congratulate Kenzie and Destiny on their pregnancies! We couldn’t be happier for them and their growing families. 🥰
With two groomers out, our holiday schedule will have fewer appointments available than usual, and we expect them to fill up quickly. If you know you’ll want your pup looking fresh for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or family pictures, please don’t wait to get on the schedule!
