Y’all we need to talk about composting and its role in the communities we’re trying to build. 🌱 This isn’t just about food scraps, it’s about what we choose to do with what’s left over.

Most places are built on a linear system:
consume ➡️ throw away ➡️ forget

But the communities we’re dreaming of? They don’t work like that. They’re circular, they regenerate, and they take what’s been discarded and turn it into something that feeds life again.

Composting is where that shift becomes real. Waste becomes soil, soil becomes food, and food becomes nourishment for the people. And it all stays right here.

It’s where people meet each other, where neighbors become collaborators, and where learning happens without needing a classroom. It’s quiet work, but it’s foundational. If we want communities that are resilient, self-sustaining, and deeply connected. We can’t skip the soil, we can’t skip the systems that support life from the ground up. Composting is not a side practice, it’s infrastructure.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting involved, this is your sign. Join us in transformation on Saturday mornings from 9am to noon at 1004 W Hill St., Oklahoma City, OK.

Nothing is waste, everything becomes something.
