We closed down the polo season with a first ever, polo players and horses in the OKC historical Oklahoma's Stockyards City Christmas Parade. It was a sunny, but chilly day and oh so fun!

Local Polo players and their horses will be in the parade this year.

Polo lessons are available starting in January, so come out and meet some of the players after the parade and learn more!

Holidays with horses is a great way to enjoy the season!

Ho Ho Ho & Howdy! The Cowboy Christmas Parade is ONE week away.

Stockyards City Main Street invites you to Historic Stockyards City for the annual Cowboy Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 3rd! The festivities kick off at 10:00 a.m. with the Longhorns leading the parade. Also included in the parade are equestrian groups, music, antique cars, community groups, the Shriners, pageant royalty, the famous Cowboy Santa, and much more! A special THANK YOU to our Premier Sponsor Radio Oklahoma Network!
Following the parade, there will be other activities. You can get your picture made with Cowboy Santa. The Oklahoma Opry performers will be providing live entertainment and there will be a Made in Oklahoma Market.
Then, shop the unique locally owned stores. You might even find a few surprises, so plan on stayin’ a while! 👋

Fundraising in Oklahoma's Stockyards City at McClintock Saloon & Chop House for the Flag Poles Honoring Our Veterans 501c3, feels like the right place for our hearts and OKC activities.

Polo players have heart, fortitude and more tenacious plans for River Park in 2023. Watch for us in the Stockyards Christmas Parade on Dec 3rd.

The provided flagpoles are placed at Veteran homes for no cost to the Veteran, to honor them and spread the love for our country through neighborhoods. Appx $250 will pay for the complete installation by Veteran volunteers. They recite the Pledge of Allegiance as the flag goes up.

God bless America, our OK Veterans and all who stand up for those who have sacrificed. Join us next year when it’s a bit warmer, to continue to fundraise through Polo on the River OKC efforts!

Brrr, it's cold outside! Our players, mounts and patrons would be too cold to have them outside in the chilly air for the Polo Event in River Park.

Nov. 19th 2:00 to 4:30 pm - Please join us at McClintock Saloon & Chop House instead of River Park, to support the Flag Poles Honoring Our Veterans & the Homeless Military Veterans organizations. Both are 501c3s and very active in OK. Please bring blankets and coats to donate to those in need in OKC.

“The United States Marine Corps celebrates its 247th birthday TODAY, Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022.

In 1775, the Corps was born out of a Philadelphia tavern during the American Revolutionary War.

For those who have earned the title of Marine, Nov. 10 is celebrated as if it was their own birthday, serving as a "yearly reminder of the brave spirit that has compelled young men and women to defend our nation and its interests for more than two centuries.” HAPPY BIRTHDAY and thank you (and all veterans) for protecting our freedom.
