Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the second stop of Pure Joy Agility’s “Happy Birthday USA” road trip in Springfield, MO! It was a smashing success!! And we could not do it without you! Special shout outs to: John Gooldy, who tirelessly set us up every day and evening, from fresh bathrooms and trash bags, to a Sam’s run, to daily iced waters, all with a smile on his face. He is the energizer bunny! Daniel Edwards, our Judge, and Milo, who brought awesome courses and energy and kept things fun! Stephanie Cricklin, Super Trial Secretary, who kept everyone on their toes and expeditiously hammered out gate and scribe sheets and scores on the daily. Kelly and Andy Furguson , who were ever-available and efficient course builders (and everything else!). Tasha Doty who effortlessly wrangled workers and kept us all on our toes. Lisa Fickes, aka “Utility”, who was everywhere at all times getting things done. Kimberly Cate, who organized and constantly replenished our ribbons. Lucinda Francis, who served as our judge liaison keeping him fed, hydrated, and happy. Becky Hardwick, Tyler Doty, Jodi Delgado, Lauren Karguth, our friend LeAnn from Kansas City, Tripp Robinson, our Junior Handler, and Patti Cason who were always present and helping out in every way they could. And of course, Jaz Youngblood, who served as our equipment manager all weekend and ensured the right equipment was where it needed to be and even dropped a few courses along the way. It takes a village to make a successful trial and ours showed up and showed out!! Thank you to each and every one of you!
