I’m beginning a new weekly series inspired by my book, Harnessing the Power of Intention.

Before we speak, act, or make a decision, we bring an energy into the moment.

Horses sense this immediately. They respond not only to what we ask them to do, but also to the intention, clarity, and emotion behind the request.

The same is true in our everyday lives. When we approach a situation with tension or fear, we may create resistance. When we become calm, clear, and present, we make room for a different response.

This week, pause before an important conversation or decision and ask yourself:

“What energy am I bringing into this moment?”

What quality would you like to bring into your week—calm, courage, trust, clarity, or something else?

What a phenomenal journey! The youngest rider ever to medal in the World Championships, Christian won the Silver, just behind the amazing rides of Becky Moody from Great Britain. Scoring a personal best of 83+% in his free style. Huge congratulations to Christian, Indian Rock, and all the amazing team. So proud of you!
