Weber County Animal Services The shelter is located just inside the North entrance to the Golden Spike Event Center off West Harrisville Road in Ogden, at 1373 North 750 West.

This week we got the sweetest email from Jax and his family! Jax was adopted from our shelter 13 years ago🥹

Here is what they had to say:
Jax has been such a joy to our family! I'm not going to lie, the Lab terrible 2's were rough, however we made it through it. Thank you for giving us the BEST dog ever!! I've included 2 photos. The 1st is when we rescued him and the other is from this evening. He is turning 14 at the end of this month and just had his bi-annual vet check up. I thought you should know he has retired to Florida and is living his best life!

We want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to our shelter recently! Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us and the animals in our care. We truly couldn’t do what we do without your support! Every donation, big or small, makes a difference in the lives of the animals who depend on us. 🐶🐱❤️

🚨OUR BIGGEST NEED RIGHT NOW IS BLEACH!🚨
‼WE ARE COMPLETELY OUT‼

Keeping our shelter clean and sanitary is essential to protecting the health of the animals in our care. Bleach is one of the supplies we go through regularly to help disinfect surfaces and reduce the spread of infectious diseases.

If you’re able to donate bleach, we would be incredibly grateful! Every bottle helps us maintain a cleaner, healthier environment for the animals waiting for their second chance.🐾

A big thank you to the City of Marriott-Slaterville for taking the time to meet with us this morning!❤️

With the many changes that naturally come with city leadership, we truly appreciate the opportunity to connect with city representatives who want to learn more about who we are, what we do, and the mission behind the services we provide to the cities we partner with.

This morning, we had a great conversation about available resources, the services we offer, and the community programs that help us better serve the people in these communities.

Building relationships, strengthening partnerships, and working together to better serve our communities is what it’s all about! We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our mission and look forward to continuing to work together!🤝
