Weber County Animal Services The shelter is located just inside the North entrance to the Golden Spike Event Center off West Harrisville Road in Ogden, at 1373 North 750 West.

Mamma is looking for a family willing to give her a chance! She is very shy in shelter but thrives on her walks (especially with her favorite volunteer). Because it takes some time for her personality to shine, she is often overlooked🥲

2.5-year-old female cattle dog mix!

Shakira was recently returned from adoption. No one is at fault, sometimes things don't work out! The good part? They helped us learn so much about her! 😊

What we've learned:
🍦Prefers a home with no kids.
🍦Has excellent manners! No counter surfing for this girl
🍦Has done well meeting new people in and out of the home
🍦Sleeps through the night! Kennel trained
🍦Has done well with other dogs. Doesn't love when they bark at her
🍦Takes corrections well
🍦Treat motivated!
🍦Carrots are her FAVORITE snack!

This week's special enrichment?!

The Amazon boxes your donations arrived in with a stick of cinnamon!! Everyone of our cats got their own box, wrapping paper and a cinnamon stick!

Our techs inspiration? Tigers and lions in a zoo setting love cinnamon enrichments!

We're awakening the big cat in our tiny kittens. 🐯(At times, it can feel like we're wrangling lions and tigers 😂).

Do you remember Django? He was adopted at our first ever UTOG Art Stroll event!🥰

His family and him came by to say hello during our second UTOG Art Stroll event as well! This is what they had to say about adding Django into their family:
