It’s time to let everyone know we officially went under contract yesterday afternoon! My husband and I were incredibly surprised-we thought we wouldn’t sell this year. So exciting, but, I am sad to say my last day of grooming is December 13th. If you are scheduled before then, all is good! I’ll personally text everyone either today or tomorrow that is scheduled after the 13th to make sure you have time to find a new groomer. People are asking me if I have any recommendations, and, I don’t. Please research your options thoroughly! One on one or mobile is best , in my opinion! 🩷

Also, it’s official! We have put our home on the market with hopes of selling before the cold of winter! I know it may seem sudden, but, we feel like it’s the right decision for us. Right now, I’m still scheduling clients with the knowledge that we may go under contract at some point. I understand if some of you cancel your appointment with me. But, I hope you all stick it out with me until that time comes. Thank you!
