Odessa Animal Sanctuary, Inc. 501c3 Non-Profit Organization Non-Profit 501c (3) Caring for Animals - Giving Forever Homes to those Animals in Need. We started out with just Dogs and Cats and outgrew our home in the City.

OAS is a 501c3 Non Profit Animal Rescue Sanctuary helping Dogs, Cats, Farm Animals and Wildlife since 1992. Moved out to Odessa acquired property to expand our efforts into helping Animals. With the property we have been able to take in Animals of all kinds that no longer others can take care of and desperately need a wonderful forever home. We have 5 acres dedicated to the well being, security, love and daily hands on care of our Animals. As of January, 2022 we have 400+ mouths to feed and are doing this ourselves and glad to do it. Our monthly operating budget now exceeds $25K. We are always educating and sharing our experiences along the way., We offer Private Tours to help offset our expenses $150pp and runs 2.5 hours ,. Please follow us in our efforts and journey to help better the lives of so many Animals. PLEASE REMEMBER: Animals are not like most kids you raise and turn out as they support themselves. Animals NEED homes for life. Do not get any Animals you can not see yourself taking care of till the end of their life. This is a HUGE commitment and your Animals depend on you to have and NOT break their hearts one day you need to get rid of them. We are here to help if you really need to rehome you pet. Our min intake surrender fee is $380 per Animal and must make appt. We also encourage you to make small monthly donations in the future to help us continue our efforts. DONATIONS can be made at PayPal.me/OWRS

Just saw 2 more Rescues closing... Sharing this post will Help those in need.

Every week, another small animal rescue is forced to shut its doors. Right now, small rescues across Florida and nationwide are running on empty—and without immediate help, more will close.
When you see a plea for help, please act. Don’t scroll past.

Massive national organizations and tax-funded municipal shelters pull in millions in government grants and high-profile donations, often bankrolling massive overhead and executive salaries. Meanwhile, grassroots, boots-on-the-ground rescues—the ones doing the hardest daily work—are drowning in vet bills and food costs.

If you want your dollars to actually save a life today, redirect your giving. Support the small, independent rescues before it’s too late. Every dollar keeps a shelter door open including ours.

Now if we can miraculously get every follower to donate just $2.50 per month we would cover our monthly operating budget without our founder personally supporting it. That would be our BIGGEST blessing of all. Thank You everyone from the bottom of our hearts that Support Us in so many ways. Just Liking and Sharing our post help tremendously if that's all you can do. 🙏🙏🙏
