She’s been in this world for almost six months, and from the very beginning, all she’s ever known is love. ❤️

Somehow, that feels perfectly fitting… because Precious was born on Valentine’s Day.

She’s never wondered if she’s loved. She’s never had to earn affection. She’s been kissed, cuddled, spoiled, and cherished every single day of her life. That’s the only life we’ve ever wanted her to know.

We’re in no rush to change that.

We’ll keep loving her for as long as it takes because we’re not looking for just a home—we’re waiting for the one where she’ll be loved just as fiercely for the rest of her life.

Some hearts are simply worth waiting for.

And our sweet, Precious, is one of them. 🤍

If you think you might be the family she’s been waiting for, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out—we’d be happy to tell you more about our sweet Precious.

It breaks our hearts to make this post, but after putting off the inevitable for far too long, we’ve made the difficult decision to find our sweet Precious the loving home she deserves.

Precious is truly everything we could hope for in a Great Dane, which is exactly why this decision has been so hard. If we could keep her, we absolutely would. Unfortunately, because she is the daughter of one of our males and the sister to another, keeping her isn’t a responsible long-term option for our breeding program.

She is approximately 80% potty trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and has an incredibly loving, eager-to-please personality. She thrives on being with her people and has the gentle, affectionate temperament that makes Great Danes such wonderful companions.

Our priority has always been doing what’s best for our dogs, and that means finding Precious a family where she can be the center of someone’s world. She will only be placed in a carefully approved pet-only home.

Her adoption fee has been reduced in hopes of finding her perfect forever family sooner rather than later.

If you think Precious may be the missing piece to your family, we’d love to hear from you. While saying goodbye will be incredibly difficult, knowing she’s loved and cherished is what matters most. ❤️

On Monday, we said goodbye to Summit as he headed to his forever home in North Carolina. ❤️

His new family has been through an unimaginable heartbreak. Just a few short months ago, they welcomed a puppy from a backyard breeder, only to lose him far too soon due to serious health issues.

While nothing can ever replace the puppy they lost, we hope Summit helps bring a little light, laughter, and healing back into their home.

Summit, thank you for always giving us a good laugh and being a constant reminder of why we love what we do. Your goofy personality, sweet heart, and endless joy made you impossible not to love. Watching you grow has been such a blessing, and while saying goodbye is never easy, knowing you’re exactly where you’re meant to be makes it all worthwhile.

We can’t wait to watch your adventures and see all the memories you’ll make in North Carolina. Be the incredible boy we know you are. We’ll miss you, sweet Summit. 🩵🐾

Sometimes, in the middle of all the puppy inquiries, pickup schedules, and everyday chaos, I’m reminded exactly why we do what we do.

Getting updates like this from families—especially as our first litter approaches their second birthday—means more than words can say. Watching these babies grow into healthy, loved, lifelong companions is the greatest reward of all. 🖤🐾

Sometimes I have to slow down and remember why we do what we do.

Today was one of those days.

In the middle of all the chaos of answering puppy inquiries, finalizing homes, and coordinating pickup logistics, I received some updated pictures of Quinn from our very first litter. For those of you who have followed us from the beginning, Quinn is Rhaego’s brother. As their second birthday approaches, his mom reached out with an update because she knows how much we love watching these babies grow.

I also asked if she had any feedback she could give us to help continue improving our line and breeding program. Her opinion is one I value tremendously because Quinn is the ninth Great Dane she’s owned over the years. She has a wealth of experience with the breed, so hearing her thoughts means a lot to us. With her permission, I’m sharing her response exactly as she wrote it:

“He is the first male we didn’t neuter at 6 mos. He is truly the most confident, fearless, athletic and competitive Dane we ever had. Very high maintenance, and demands attention. He is not affectionate, but very playful. One thing he does that is hilarious is he wants to be helpful. Ex: my husb is digging holes to plant trees, he will jump in the hole and help dig. We are emptying the leaf sucker with a rake, he’ll jump into the box, and begin to empty the leaves with his feet, leaves flying in the air behind him. My son is pulling cattails out of the pond, he’ll dive in and pull the weeds and take them to the bank. He’s an excellent swimmer. He’ll pick up sticks and put them on the trailer. He’s a nut. He is a picky eater. He eats very clean. Doesn’t like wet or mushy food. Is very regular in bowels. Has never pottied in the house, not even as a puppy. And has never chewed or destroyed anything. His back feet are a little strange. As a puppy, they looked more like flippers. Two middle toes much longer than the two outer toes. But doesn’t affect his ability to walk, run, or jump. I’m not happy about the red eyes, but oh well. Most people are freaked out about it. Makes him look bad-a**. His body structure is very good. And he is very strong. He has so many amazing traits. Most importantly, I pity the fool who would ever try to cross us or cause us harm. Quinn would be on them! We're very happy! “

Watching these babies grow into the dogs they’re meant to be is one of the greatest blessings of being a breeder. Every update, every picture, and every story reminds us that we’re not just raising puppies—we’re helping raise lifelong companions and becoming a small part of each family’s story.

To Quinn’s family, thank you for loving him so well and for taking the time to share his journey with us. It truly means more than you’ll ever know. We can’t wait to continue watching all these babies grow. 🖤🐾

📢 Transportation Update 🐾

We wanted to share a quick update with our Winter is Coming Great Danes family!

Moving forward, our previous pet transporter will no longer be providing transportation services for our puppy families.

While we won’t be partnering with or arranging transportation directly, we will now be referring families to All Aboard Pet Transport LLC. We’ve heard wonderful things about them and feel confident recommending them to those who need help getting their new family member home safely.

As always, families are welcome to choose any transporter they feel most comfortable with. Our goal is simply to provide a trusted recommendation to help make the process a little easier.

We’re excited to be able to refer families to such a wonderful company and look forward to seeing more of our puppies arrive safely at their forever homes! 🐾❤️

Miss Ivy is staying close to home and has officially found her forever family. 🩷

We have a feeling this sweet girl is going to help heal some grieving hearts while also leaving her own unforgettable paw prints on them. That’s one of the greatest gifts these dogs can give.

We can’t wait to watch her grow into the big, beautiful girl we know she’s destined to become.

Welcome to our Winter is Coming Great Danes family! We’re so thankful you’ve entrusted us with such a special part of your story, and we can’t wait to watch Ivy grow. Congratulations—we’re excited for this journey together! 🐾

Another one of our babies has officially started his next adventure. ❤️

Merit left us for Tennessee to meet his forever family on Friday, where he’ll now be known as Rudy. He’ll be joining his big brother, Max, and we know he’s going to be so loved. We can’t wait to watch the bond between these two grow and see all the memories they make together.

This pickup is also a bittersweet one for us, as it marks one of the final transports with the amazing company we’ve trusted over the years. While we’re saddened to see them close their doors, we’re incredibly grateful for the care they’ve shown our puppies and wish them nothing but success in their next chapter. Thankfully, they’ve provided us with some wonderful referrals, so we’ll continue making sure our puppies travel safely to their new families.

We will miss you Rudy. We can’t wait to watch you grow into the incredible Great Dane we know you’ll become. Welcome to the Winter is Coming Great Danes family PJ and Donny! 🐾💙
