Well, after 5 great years, this is definitely not how I planned on breaking the news…
Unfortunately, after taking a pretty nasty fall and finding out I broke my collarbone, I’m not going to be able to finish out the rest of the year grooming as I had originally planned.
With that being said, I’ve decided to go ahead and officially step back from grooming. I had already been planning to hang up my clippers after the New Year, but I think this is just making the decision for me a little sooner than I expected.
This definitely isn’t how I pictured ending grooming, and I’m honestly pretty sad that I won’t get the chance to finish out the year and say goodbye to everyone the way I had planned.
These last few years have meant so much to me, and I’m incredibly thankful for every person who has trusted me with their dogs and supported my little business. I’ve met so many wonderful people and dogs along the way, and I’ll always be grateful for that. ❤️
For now, I’m going to focus on healing and figuring out what’s next for me. I’m sure this isn’t the last you’ll hear from me, as I do plan to keep my business page open and keep my shop set up. Who knows what the future may bring! 😉
This little business has been such a huge part of my life, and walking away from it definitely isn’t easy. But I’m ready to see what’s next. ❤️
