Established in 2001. Fritzy's Pet Care Pros was founded out of a commitment to Pet Care and Customer Service. The founder had concluded a high tech career, was disappointed with the pet services in his area and knew that he could make a difference. Specifically, he sought to create a better system that would reduce pet stress, be more convenient for pet parents and improve working conditions for g

roomers. At first he developed process and procedures, and acquired companies, then he initiated development of tools and equipment, spending extensive time in the field with the groomers and talking to customers.
