UPDATE: SQUEAKER WENT TO A WONDERFUL HOME!
My name is Squeaker, and I am deeply heartbroken. My human mom, who loved me more than anything in the world, passed away recently. She took really good care of me, so I am neutered and up-to-date on shots. I even had a dental in June! I am now at the Petsmart adoption center in Salisbury, hoping for someone who can help me heal. Would you like to visit me and show me some love? If you like me, maybe you can take me home with you. Whether or not you can adopt me, you can help me by comforting me a little bit.

Meet MARVIN. This handsome, social fellow has been in DCC care for over a year. He showed up at someone's country home doorstep as a kitten, starving, skinny and covered in ticks. He has a super loud purr and loves to be pet, but gets a little anxious if he is held too tightly. He gets along well with all his foster siblings. He loves to play with toys, especially the wand and laser light. Marvin often sounds like he is snoring. He has been to the vet multiple times to address the issue but nothing has resolved it. Blood tests and x-rays did not show any issues. He is currently at the adoption center at the Salisbury PetSmart. Please consider giving Marvin the loving home that he deserves. Meet GRAYSON. This handsome guy was returned a few months after adoption because we were told that he was too rambunctious and not a good fit with the older cat in the household. Since being back in his foster home, this shy guy has been very laid back, often hiding under his blanket. He has been patiently putting up with a little rough play from a younger foster, Damon (Yes, there is sound with the video. They are just playing quietly, no growls.) He loves to play with a laser light and plastic springs. Originally, he and his two brothers were found outside with their stray momma by an older woman. His brothers have already been adopted and now Grayson is looking for his own forever home to get all the attention and love he deserves. He would be good in a quiet household.

UPDATE: DUSTY ROSE HAS BEEN ADOPTED INTO A LOVING HOME. Professionally groomed and fresh as a flower, meet Dusty Rose, a gorgeous 8-year-old dilute calico looking for a quiet, loving place to land! With her stunning pastel coat and plush, thick fur, Dusty Rose is a total beauty—though she will need a dedicated human who enjoys regular grooming sessions to keep her coat looking soft, tangle-free, and fabulous.
Sadly, Dusty Rose was surrendered after four wonderful years as a cherished family pet because her owner's daughter developed severe allergies. She’s used to home life and living alongside a dog, but as the only cat, she is accustomed to having all the feline spotlight to herself. She loves attention and will happily soak up endless petting
If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate companion and don't mind keeping up with a little extra brushwork, Dusty Rose might be your perfect match!

UPDATE!!! PEPE AND PONGO HAVE BEEN ADOPTED TOGETHER.
Pepe and Pongo are still waiting for their forever homes. They are back with their foster family after two weeks at the PetSmart adoption center with no successful adoption. They certainly had plenty of energy to burn once they had room to run.
Pepe and his brother, Pongo, were rescued after being found dodging traffic in the middle of a busy local highway. They are still very active and love to play but will settle down to enjoy a quick cuddle. They love playing with toys and all the other kitties, especially diving through the tunnel toy or any other fun obstacle. Their actions will keep you entertained for hours!

UPDATE!!! SWEET POTATO HAS BEEN ADOPTED!! HE IS A VERY LUCKY KITTY, GOING TO A GREAT, LOVING HOME.
Poor Sweet Potato thought he found his happily-ever-after when he was adopted last winter as a young kitten. But unfortunately, only seven months later, S.P. was returned to DCC due to his owner's serious health issue. Sweet Potato was originally found as a small kitten in the middle of the road by a local mail carrier. During his time in foster care he was very sweet and social, getting along well with the other cats. He also spent a lot of time cuddled on the sofa or in his foster mom's lap. Won't you give this sweet guy the forever home he deserves?
