I was called lazy & heartless with no compassion by this dogs person because I refused to brush this severely pelted coat out , she claimed to brush this dog daily & she knows what she's doing because she's a hair dresser herself . I did lose it alittle and told her I've been a dog groomer 30 years and I know the difference between a dog brushed daily and a dog brushed never , I have great love and compassion in my heart but it's for the 4 legged toddler if front of me that can't brush her own hair & to imagine the pain she was asking me to inflict on this little baby, what if it was her own hair & how bad it would hurt to have to brush this out of her own head . The hair came off in 3 huge sections and by the end the dog was very happy

Let's take a minute and talk about our elderly@ and handicapped friends, little sam sam is recovering from a leg injury that makes him wobbly during grooming, like our elderly and handicapped pups ,he has hard time with balance so I'm using a hammock to give him alittle more support, notice he's not suspended in the air but lifted slightly so he can still place his feet on the table but take the weight off his injured leg , this helps relieve the leg and helps with his anxiety of stumbling during grooming and makes a more comfortable experience for him , using a tool like a hammock is helpful for groomers to make a better grooming experience for our elderly and handicapped friends
