Cape Atlantic Cats Our page is all about saving abandoned cats and kittens! Mew To You is our resale shoppe where all proceeds go to spay/neuter and emergency vet care.

The mission of Cape-Atlantic C.A.TS. is to rescue those cats and kittens in danger of losing their lives in shelters and on the streets, to provide needed veterinary care, to provide foster care and to find loving, lifelong homes. To provide and promote TNR (trap-neuter-return) of feral cats where there are caretakers as an alternative to euthanasia. To educate the public about pet overpopulation and the importance of spaying /neutering. To improve the quality of life for cats. The cats and kittens in our care have been rescued from communities in Cape May and Atlantic Counties. Socialization, if needed is lovingly given in foster homes. Cats and kittens ready and waiting for homes may be visited at Mew To You. Our hours are 11 am to 4 pm every day. We accept donations of new/gently used household items, furniture, and clothing for resale to pay for veterinary care, spaying/neutering, food and litter. We rely on sales of donated items, donated monies, and supplies to support our mission to help abandoned cats and kittens. We are an all-volunteer organization, and always need and welcome volunteers to care for the cats and help out in our thrift shop. Visit our website at

RESCUED. Found with his deceased littermate. Thanks to C.A.T.S.' volunteer Sue for stepping up to foster. His age is about four weeks, We REALLY need outdoor cat houses to save lives. They can be made if you're handy or purchased from Chewy or farm supply stores. Although we've been asking, none have been sent or dropped off. The nights are getting cold.😽 Please share this need, thank you ! www.capeatlanticcats.com

SHE APPEARED TO BE a kitten, 7-8 months of age. Every bone in her tiny body protruded, she weighed under three pounds. A visitor to an Atlantic City park could not find help for her on a Sunday and brought her to Mew. Her teeth told a different story of her age....
this girl was not a kitten. "ROSA" had her vet appointment yesterday. As suspected she is not a kitten. Her age is estimated to be about eight years. Rosa has gained more than two pounds in two weeks, has been vaccinated and tested negative FIV/FELV. She's a very vocal cat, does not seem to like other cats, so an only pet home best for this little senior gal. Adoption applications are online or stop in at Mew To You. www.capeatlanticcats.com

❤️ ADOPTION PENDING ❤️

AMONG THE LUGGAGE and debris tossed outside the vacant home was a cat. Her microchip shows her name to be "FAITH," and her age is nine years. Efforts to reach the owner have been exhausted. The chip company believes she has been abandoned. Faith is safe. She is a VERY friendly, healthy, spayed female, vaccines now current and she has tested negative FIV/FELV. Thanks to Atlantic City feeder Rebecca for helping Faith and getting her to rescue.❤️ If you're looking for a sweet lap cat, adoption applications are online or stop in at Mew To You, home to Cape Atlantic C.A.T.S., open 11-4 daily except Wednesdays. 🐾🐾 www.capeatlanticcats.com

WHO's THIS HANDSOME DUDE??💙 It's "TATER TOT" ! He's spending today with Dr. Rew @ My Best Friends Vet Hospital for neuter surgery, after which he will be interviewing potential adoptors for a forever, loving, indoor HOME. 💕 Tater is a flame point Siamese, age estmated between 2 and 3 years. He was someone's pet. Was. He was abandoned on the streets of Atlantic City and found a colony cared for by feeder Kelly. He was bullied by the other cats and not allowed to eat. Tater was not meant for a life on the streets.....he's a lover not a fighter. Applications for adoption are online, or stop in at Mew To You, home to Cape Atlantic CATS, and complete one! Please share. Let's find Tater a loving home!

Chewy, Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock all have outdoor cat houses for sale. We can use any size or type, our feeders will find a safe spot for them. Cape Atlantic C.A.T.S. is at Mew To You, 957 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City NJ 08226. There are suggestions for making outdoor cat houses on Alleycat.org

There are hundreds of community/feral/abandoned cats on the streets of Atlantic City. Many froze to death in last winter's cold. Feeders can save lives with shelters and straw to keep them warm. Please consider donating shelter. If you're handy there are shelters you can make. Check out Alleycat.org website for suggestions. Thank you for helping.

CAN YOU HELP keep the stray/feral/community cat population warm....the cold weather is fast approaching. Chewy has a good selection of housing ! Area farm supply stores carry them, or if you have any laying around we can put them to good use!! Cape Atlantic CATS is at Mew To You, 957 Asbury Ave, Ocean City NJ. Bagged straw also greatly appreciated, ❤️THANK YOU ! ❤️💕❤️
