A little more time to shop. A little more time to talk horses. 🐴

Our first late Wednesday is coming up! Starting October 28th, Country Lane Tack will be open until 6:30 PM every Wednesday, giving you extra time to stop in after work.

To kick things off, join us for Tack & Talk at Country Lane Tack! We’ll have snacks, drinks, and time to chat while you browse, pick up supplies, or ask about something you’ve been wanting to try.

Come with a shopping list—or just come say hello. We’d love to see you!

Busy working all day? Can’t always make it to the tack shop? 🐴

Between work, family, and getting to the barn, we know your days fill up fast. Just a friendly reminder: Country Lane Tack delivers! Get in touch to ask about delivery options for the supplies you need.

We’re also considering Tack & Talk evenings every Wednesday, starting October 28th, with the store open until 6:30 PM.

A little extra time to shop after work, ask questions, and talk horses with us!

Each week, we’d spotlight a different horse-care topic and bring related products to our front table for you to explore. Once a month, we’d welcome a product representative to share their knowledge and answer your questions.

Would you stop by on Wednesday evenings?
What topics or products would you like to learn more about?

Tell us in the comments! We want to make these evenings useful—and enjoyable—for you. Tag a barn friend whose shopping list never seems to end!

You asked, and we listened! 🐴🌾

A lot of you have been asking us to carry Crypto Aero Wild Forage, and it’s officially here at Country Lane Tack!

“Forage in a bag, not grain.”

Stop by, check out the display, and chat with us about it. Thank you to everyone who asked us to bring this one in! 💚

What else would you like to see on our shelves? We love hearing about the products you use and love—even ones we don’t carry yet. Drop your recommendations in the comments or tell us next time you’re in the store!

🐴 Is your horse getting enough fibre?

We’re sharing this helpful post from British Horse Feeds because forage is such an important part of a horse’s daily diet—and some horses need another way to get more fibre into their routine.

Fibre-Beet is a soaked, low starch and low sugar mash that can be offered alongside hay as another fibre source. We especially like the idea of serving it separately as a “haynet in a bucket,” as British Horse Feeds describes below. 💚

We carry Fibre-Beet at Country Lane Tack in 10 lb and 44 lb bags. Stop in and talk with us if you’d like to learn more about where it could fit into your horse’s feeding plan.

📍 1655 SW Hwy 484, Ocala, FL 34473

Does your horse prefer their soaked feed on its own or mixed into their regular meal? 👇

Fibre-Beet, the forage replacement hero!

🐴To maintain a healthy digestive system and support ideal body condition, horses should consume approximately 2% of their bodyweight in forage each day.

Insufficient forage intake can contribute to:

💚Weight loss
💚Digestive issues, including gastric ulcers and colic
💚Behavioural problems, such as boredom and stress-related behaviours

Fibre-Beet is a highly digestible super-fibre conditioning mash, combining the benefits of Speedi-Beet and alfalfa to provide an excellent forage alternative.

💚Low starch
💚Low sugar
💚Supports increased fibre intake and chewing activity
💚Highly palatable tasty mash

🐴Fibre-Beet can be fed separate from hard fed as a “haynet in a bucket”. By offering more than one fibre source alongside hay this will encourage natural foraging and grazing behaviours.

🐴 Show day starts long before you enter the ring.

You’ve packed the tack and planned your ride—but did the hoof pick make it into the trunk? What about a lead rope, water bucket, hay net, and grooming kit?

Those little essentials can make a big difference when you’re away from the barn. Run through the checklist before you head out, and if something’s missing, stop by Country Lane Tack. We’ll help you find what you need and get on your way.

📍 1655 SW Hwy 484, Ocala, FL 34473
🕘 Open Saturday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
