Help Us Continue Donating K9s to Police Departments
Every year, we are blessed to donate multiple K9s to police departments in need. These dogs go on to serve their communities, support officers, and become valuable partners in the field.
At this time, we have reached the limit on the number of dogs we are able to personally donate, but we still have departments in need.
We are looking for donors who would be willing to help make these placements possible.
The way it works is simple. A donor purchases the K9 through us, and the dog is then donated directly to a police department. This allows the department to receive a much needed working dog without carrying the full financial burden.
Donation costs typically range from $8,000 to $10,000 for a single-purpose K9 and $15,000 to $20,000 for a dual-purpose K9, depending on the individual dog and the needs of the department.
To be clear, we are not a nonprofit organization. We work directly with law enforcement agencies, and when needed, we also have relationships with multiple nonprofit organizations to help make sure donations are handled properly. Anyone considering a donation should speak with their accountant or tax professional regarding any possible tax benefits.
This is a meaningful way to directly support law enforcement and help put capable K9 teams on the street where they are needed most.
