🐾 Veterinary Technician Week: The People Behind the Care 🐾

This week is all about celebrating the people who help keep our hospital moving and our patients cared for from start to finish.

Our veterinary technicians do so much more than assist the doctors. They monitor anesthesia, run lab work, take X-rays, place catheters, give treatments, comfort nervous pets, educate owners, care for hospitalized patients, help in surgery, and somehow still remember which patient only takes treats if they’re broken into tiny pieces first. 🤍

They are skilled. They are compassionate. They are adaptable. And on the busiest, hardest days, they are often the glue holding everything together.

We care so much about our technicians because they care so deeply about your pets.

So this week, we’re celebrating the hands behind the medicine, the hearts behind the care, and the people who make such a difference every single day.

Happy Veterinary Technician Week to our incredible team. We couldn’t do this without you.

🐾💛 Happy Veterinary Technician Week! 💛🐾

Veterinary Technician Week has arrived and around here, it’s a BIG deal.

Our technicians are the heartbeat of so much that happens behind the scenes at Airport Road Animal Clinic. They are the extra set of hands during appointments, the calm voice beside a nervous pet, the person monitoring anesthesia, drawing blood, taking X-rays, placing catheters, assisting in surgery, caring for hospitalized patients, giving treatments, educating owners, and somehow still finding time to hand out treats and sneak in a cuddle.

But what we love most about our technicians isn’t just how much they know.

It’s how much they care.

They notice the tiny changes. They remember which pets need a little more patience. They celebrate the wins with us, worry about the hard cases with us, and love our patients like they belong to them too.

Veterinary medicine simply would not work without talented, compassionate technicians — and we are incredibly lucky to have the team we do.

So this week, we’re celebrating the people who do a little bit of everything… and somehow make it all look easy. 🤍

If one of our technicians has ever helped your pet feel safer, loved on your baby during a drop-off, answered your questions, or made a difficult day a little easier, help us show them some love in the comments!

Happy Vet Tech Week to our incredible team. We appreciate you more than you know. 🐾

🐱💕 Megan has a little something up her sleeve… or should we say, in her pocket!

At Airport Road Animal Clinic, our pockets aren't just for pens and treats. Sometimes they're reserved for the tiniest patients who need a little extra warmth, comfort, and love. 🥹🐾
