Here are phantoms pictures from his fastcat fun run! We took him to see if it’ll be a sport he’d be Interested in and besides stalling for pets in the very beginning he got the hang of it and was very happy! We will definitely be taking him for official runs next time! Hopefully the photographer doesn’t scare him out of his skin again (not her fault was definitely his she was not hiding and he was not aware of his surroundings when he did see her he got scared 🤣)

We started phantoms official OFA testing last Monday, the day after his 2nd birthday.

I am pleased to announce he’s passed his OFA HIPS & ELBOWS!!

Now this ISNT the only health testing he’s gonna have we still have a few more to do but it’s a huge relief to know he’s passed this part!

Just a little update!

🐾Phantom has completed his CM although we do not intend to stop showing him. We are waiting AKC approval to receive his certificate in the mail.

🐾Phantom is also going to be 2 years old next month so we have a few health testing scheduled already!

🐾 We are indeed changing our kennel name I will announce it when the timing feels correct!

🐾Pictured is our spayed female Illusion who still hates the whole stacking bit 🤣

🐾 We are not breeding huskies as of RIGHT NOW but that’s not to say we won’t in the future when we find the perfect prospect to meet our requirements

🐾 Voodoo will be starting showing soon I was just waiting for her to mature into herself some more since she was in an awkward stage still kind of is lol

🐾Sigil started her first heat July 10th so she isn’t with the pack currently and I can tell you she’s got a lot to say about it.

🐾Mimic is going to be fixed come this time next year so he is not apart of the program currently just a pet lol.

🐾 Zeus has been phenomenal with the pack since rejoining a little e collar training goes a long way!

The steady growth of this stunning young boy is everything I could’ve hoped for ❤️ from his first BIOS to his most recent (and I’m sure not his last) you can see just how much he’s matured ❤️

What a better way to finish his Certificate of Merit then with an Best in Open show win on July 3rd 2026 🫶🏽
I couldn’t be more prouder of how him and Jinx presented themselves this whole show weekend ❤️
From phams best in open show win Friday to Jinx’s best in miscellaneous win on Sunday!

We do not plan to stop showing him as he absolutely loves being in the show ring!
But a CM has a nice ring to it 🫶🏽

Couldn’t have done it without support from my WONDERFUL husband and other competitors, this was by far one of my fav shows this weekend ❤️

This is such amazing news!! The AKC has voted to repeal the ban on Russian bred/born dogs!!! This is amazing news for rare breeds such as the Yakutian laika! The opportunity to diversify lines and create a larger gene pool for the dogs down here! Preservation breeding is so important and this is a move in the right direction for more then just the Yakutian laikas this is an amazing step for SEVERAL breeds 🫶🏽
