Happy National Cat Lady Day

Sadly, my client passed away unexpectedly, and she had these two adorable cats, Saffron and Blaine. I have been fostering them for the last month, helping them with the transition, and now it is time for them to find their forever home. They are absolutely precious, potty trained, and I have their vet records. If you are in the Oakland/Alameda area and are seriously interested in having Saffron and Blaine join your family, please DM me, and we can talk further about them. Please forward this message to anyone you know who may be interested. Thank you 🙏

Halloween is a lot of fun for many of us, but may be stressful for dogs. Some things to keep in mind on Halloween with your dog(s).

1. Chocolate can be toxic to dogs, keep all candy up high
2. Make sure their ID is on them since the door will be opening and closing a lot, just in case they run out
3. Scary parties, constant doorbell ringing or too many strangers in your home can be stressful to your furry friend and even make them physically ill. Have a safe and quiet place for them where they will feel safe and comfortable.

Have a safe and enjoyable Halloween this year

With families starting to book vacations, don't forget cats need to have care while you are away too. Especially if you've been home more than normal the past couple of years. Cats can react in negative ways sometimes. Sometimes just a visit every so often can make the difference.
