Finally got the suite down by the hay yard done and ready to lease!

1600sf with a rolling bay door, office area and a private bathroom. The retail counter my uncle built will be included. We just redid the floor a few months ago. I'm sorry about the landlord special paintjob, but with uhaul and summer being out, it's been more hectic than I expected. Trash and water is included, other utilities aren't. Use of the adjoined yard is not included, but may be negotiable. $1500/month

Oh man, it's been a minute since we've posted any updates, but it's been a busy couple of weeks!

We're now offering U-Haul rentals! It took a bit longer to set it all up, and we're still working out all of the kinks(mostly my phone's fault at the moment lol). But with more practice, we'll be running smoothly in no time.

The consolidation of the storefronts is now pretty much done too! We just have some equipment that we're cleaning out of the other side before we give it a nice clean paint job. There's a bunch of other ideas we've been working on, but these are the important ones for the moment.

Oh no!

I just got a call from Dr. Deirberger who does our shot clinic. They had an emergency come up and won't be able to be here this weekend. They will, however, be up next weekend on the 23rd of this month. We're dreadfully sorry about the inconvenience, but let's give them our love and our support!
