🐾 Sophie needs a soft place to land 🐾

This week, Sophie's human papa crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Her family is heartbroken, and they’re hoping to find her a loving new home where she can spend her golden years in comfort.

Sophie is a 14-year-old sweetheart who knows exactly what she likes: lounging around the house and stepping outside to soak up the sunshine. ☀️ She enjoys affection on her own terms, and when she’s had enough, she’ll politely find a cozy spot to relax by herself. She’s a little on the chonky side, but hey, she’s 14 and she’s earned it! 😻

She has lived around other cats but treasures her alone time, so a calm home where she can be the queen of her own space would suit her best.

Maurice was rescued from a colony where we believe he was trying to defend his fellow cats as the Masked Crusader. However, street life was not for him, and he became very ill. After overcoming an upper respiratory infection, Maurice is now thriving and living the retired superhero life at a year and a half old. He’s traded his crime-fighting days for a much safer life filled with comfort, love, and plenty of well-deserved relaxation.

Meet Buster & Buddy 🤎🐶🤎🐶

These two handsome Chocolate Labs have just experienced a heartbreaking loss. Their owner recently passed away from cancer, and now Buster and Buddy need a loving new home.

They are deeply bonded and MUST stay together. They will not be separated. ❤️

Buddy is approximately 3 years old and is a big, wide-bodied boy. Buddy was an anxious pup, so his dad brought Buster home to be his companion. It turned out to be exactly what Buddy needed, and the two became inseparable.

Buster is approximately 2 years old and is believed to be a purebred Chocolate Lab. The family is looking to see if his papers can be located.

At 2 and 3, these guys are still very puppy-like—big, goofy, enthusiastic Labs with plenty of energy and personality. And yes, they’re leash trained… if you’re the Hulk! 😂💪 Their new family should be comfortable with two large, strong dogs and willing to continue working on their leash manners.

They have been around other dogs, but compatibility depends on the individual dog, so introductions will be important. Their history with cats is unknown, although they do bark at cats, so we cannot say they are cat-friendly.

Buddy is current on his vaccinations. Buster is due for his rabies vaccination. Sadly, their dad became ill before he was able to get that taken care of.

These boys have already lost their person. 💔 We don’t want them to lose each other, too.

We are looking for that special home with enough room—and enough love—for two big chocolate boys who need to start their next chapter together. 🏡🤎
