📞🐾 Something new is answering the phones at OVG! 🐾📞

We’re excited to announce that Dodo AI (Grace) is officially launching at Oakdale Veterinary Group tomorrow! 🎉

Dodo is our new AI-powered phone assistant, designed to help us keep up with our busy phones and make it easier for you to get the help you need.

That means:
✨ Fewer missed calls
✨ Less time waiting on hold
✨ Help with common questions and requests
✨ More time for our team to focus on the clients and patients who are here in the hospital ❤️

And don’t worry—our OVG team isn’t going anywhere! Dodo is simply here to help us manage the phones and keep things running smoothly during those especially busy moments. 🐶🐱📞

We’re always looking for new ways to improve your experience with us, and we’re excited to see how Dodo helps our team serve you even better!

Welcome to the OVG team, Grace! 🤖🐾

Disasters are never planned. Make sure your pet’s ID and microchip information are up to date, medications are stocked, and you know where you can safely take your pet if you need to evacuate.

Our pets can’t tell us when something hurts, but they often show us in other ways. If you notice anything off, trust your instincts and schedule a check-up.

If your pet comes home from grandma and grandpa’s a little extra spoiled… no questions asked. We already know what happened. 🤭
