POLICY (PLEASE READ PRIOR TO INQUIRING OR PLACING A DEPOSIT):
1) I reserve the right to refuse a transaction at any time & for any reason.
2) All rabbits posted on this page have been inspected and all DQ's (if any, will be posted). I will only post show and brood animals on this page. Pet quality animals will NEVER be posted on this page. ALL rabbits have FULL pedigrees if posted on this page. Most brood stock are registered, some may have Legs.
3) A 50% nonrefundable deposit MUST be paid in order to hold the rabbit. Deposits are on a first come, first serve basis. This means if someone pays the deposit before you do, they get the rabbit. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE no later than 2 weeks after the deposit has been received. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

4) PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Payment MUST be via ‘Friends’. If it’s not, your payment will be returned and the sale will be canceled. Absolutely NO Checks will be accepted.

-NOTE- If your bank places a ‘hold’ on your payment or deposit, it is YOUR responsibility to remove that ‘hold’ by whatever means necessary. Deposit is not considered paid until I can transfer funds.
DO NOT PAY WITH “E-CHECK” as funds do not clear for 7 days & I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
DO NOT MAIL CASH. I will not be responsible for cash lost in the mail.
DO NOT pay via Facebook and I don’t have Venmo. Payment is not set up through FB, nor will it ever be.
5) No rabbit younger than 8 weeks will ever be offered on this page. I DO NOT accept deposits on kits. I DO NOT do waiting lists. I will not send pictures via messenger, all pictures available will be posted in this group (again on a first come, first serve basis). A deposit is the ONLY way to ‘hold’ a rabbit that is posted.
6) All rabbits will be checked for illness or injury prior to leaving my possession or sent on transport. Most of the time I take pictures of the rabbit just before it goes on transport, if I am not transporting.
7) Transportation is ultimately the responsibilty of the buyer. I will assist in any way I can. Please choose your transporter carefully. Once the rabbit leaves my possession, I will no longer be responsible for that animal's well being. I do have a few transporters I WILL NOT work with (be sure and check with me prior to securing transport). Do a FB search and you will learn why. This is for the safety of rabbits and YOUR pocketbook.
If a CVI (Certificate of Veterinary Inspection) is required for transport for the buyer’s State OR for transport, buyer is responsible for the vet expense. I use Treasure Valley Vet in Nyssa, Oregon. Phone number is (541) 372-2251.
8.) DO NOT use any pictures from this page unless I have given you WRITTEN permission. All pictures posted are mine, even if you have purchased the rabbit, you DO NOT have the right to use those pictures.
9) No rabbit will be accepted back into my barn once it leaves, unless it is upon mutual agreement. This is to protect my herd from diseases to include, but not limited to RHDV.
10) I will transport any of my sales animals, for free, to any show I am attending.
11) Buyer is responsible for arranging transport ASAP. I am not able to ‘hold’ a rabbit for longer than a week or two, AT THE MOST. 🐇 If I am keeping your rabbit longer than 2-3 weeks after purchase, plan on paying a daily care fee of $2/day. This fee MUST be paid prior to the rabbit leaving my possession. Failure to pay care fee will result in forfeited deposit and the rabbit will be sold to someone else.
12) Rabbits seeking a new barn will be posted on this page with the picture (s), birthdate, tattoo and any other pertinent information. Comments will be turned off, please PM for info or questions.
13) If you pay via PayPal, then cancel your payment, you will be permanently removed from this group and your name will be added to the ‘do not sell’ list.
