Hoof & Paw is an Animal Rescue Organization located in Nucla and Naturita, Colorado. We are a group of volunteers who help stray and abandoned animals. We put them in foster homes and try to find them permanent loving homes. We get them medical care when needed and we have a No-Kill philosophy. We also promote spaying and neutering through clinics and funding assistance. We are always looking for more volunteers and foster homes. Because we are Non-profit we always need and accept Donations.

This guy right here will make an awesome buddy!!
He was one that was rescued from euthanasia. Mufasa is a 4 year old male Husky mix. Neutered. Vaccinated.
Comes when called. Is scared of cats. Does well with most dogs.
He doesn't like being fenced in. But will stick around. He will clear a fence! Ask us how we know 😁
If you are interested in giving this guy a home- please call Hoof and Paw at 970 428 4663 or 970 428 7568.

Mini Australian Shepherd - named Daisy
Long haired
4 years old
Fixed and vaccinated
Has experience with working cattle and sheep.
She is a cuddle bug but not a fan of kids.

"We’ve never had an issue with other dogs that she was familiar with! She’s usually friendly with big dogs but does not care too much about anything smaller than her! She’s great with cats and actually loves them! We’ve had her around chickens maybe 3 times but doesn’t seem to care for them."
