WE’RE BACK!!! 🎊 After more than 10 mths since the fire in our building, we are finally HOME. 2025 was not our year. All of the setbacks, challenges, stress, long hours, hard work, and pure chaos is finally behind us. We are beyond grateful for everybody that helped us make it through this difficult time 😵💫.
To the Animal Emergency Center of Novi, we couldn’t thank you more for taking us in when we became homeless. Dr. Robertson and the entire team took us in with open arms. They rearranged part of their building for just us! Even her husband came in to help us get set up. They say it takes a village, and it truly did. Everyone went above and beyond for us, so we could still take care of our patients as best we could ❤️🐾.
We are slowly getting settled back into our new normal, same building, but everything is brand new. Even though we didn’t have flames in our units, the entire inside and what was in there became a total loss from heavy smoke damage. We are still actively working on some minor IT issues with equipment, and our phone system 🙏🏼.
In the meantime, this doesn’t affect our clients from calling our main number. Sometimes you may need to leave a message, as the system doesn’t allow us to answer (mainly in the am). We can see your call and will return all messages left quickly. Our goal is to have everything working correctly/together by end of week 🤞🏼.
We hope that 2026 will be our best year yet! We’re looking forward to welcoming our clients and patients back in our new hospital. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We’re currently scheduling appointments and all procedures that had to be put on hold, during the disruption 🔥🚒.
Here’s another glimpse of our what our small group of 7 has been working on. Blood (minimal), sweat, tears, time, team bonding, with a few laughs got us to the finish line 🥂🐾 😊.
