PHASE 1 -2026 CONSTRUCTION LIMITS:
12 Mile Road, Novi Road to Haggerty Road (starting August 3)
12 Mile Road, Drake Road to Farmington Road (starting July 13)
EXPECTED 2026/PHASE 1 COMPLETION: Late Fall

2027/PHASE 2 PROJECT START: To Be Announced (TBA)

PHASE 2-2027 CONSTRUCTION LIMITS:
12 Mile Road, Haggerty Road to Drake Road
EXPECTED 2027/PHASE 2 COMPLETION: TBA

ROAD CLOSURE: 12 Mile Road is expected to have one lane open in each direction during construction. Business and residential access maintained throughout construction.
