Thank you for checking out our page! We are a small Michigan based breeder of the German Spitz Mittel. We breed for consistent type and temperament. Conformation, sporting, and pet homes are considered. All puppies are raised and socialized in our home by our entire family. Potential homes are carefully screened. We do not ship. This is an incredible breed and we are thrilled to be able to share them with our selected families.

Ever see someone do something incredible with their dog and think I'd love to do that? Me too! But I let the expectations and opinions of complete strangers get in the way of that. No one ever said "it's ok to start a hobby and not ace it". It's ok to be bad. It's ok for you and or your pooch to not get the game right away.
It's the bond between the two of you. It doesn't define the worth of your dog, it doesn't matter if you bring home the ribbons or trophies. Your dog is going to have a ball with YOU and that's all they care about.
Example: Chip, Izlou's Chip off the Old Rock, ran his first FastCAT fun runs Friday. Pouring rain, he ran with Lark once to get the idea. His first independent run was more of a leisurely stroll between puddles and his time (26.94 seconds) reflects that 😊
The third run he started to get it and had a big smile on his face. He was happy, I was happy to see him happy, and that's it.
If you are interested in doing something with your dog it doesn't mean you have to even compete. We do scent work in our backyard!
So I hope this inspires someone to take a first step be it trick dog, teaching them to ring a bell, or just something you've always wanted to do with them.
