We have a few issues that have occurred recently that we would like to address. It is no secret that Novi road is under construction and will be first quite some time. The road can only be driven down southbound and the entrancs into our complex change regularly, without us ever being notified. That is not under our control. We have had several clients recently, who have been very upset about this and have been raising their voices to us. Although we understand the frustration with Novi Road, we cannot tolerate any alienation of our staff. Any person yelling at us moving forward due to road construction will be asked to leave.
Also, as most of our valued clients realize we only have two Groomers here. We do not intend on hiring anyone else at this time. We value the calm environment that we are able to produce for the pets we service. We ask everyone to rebook their next appointment. Rebooking a couple appointments is advised as well. We have also had people call that only come in a couple of times a year yell at us because we do not have appointments for them in the near future. Moving forward, please be advised that if you do not rebook your next appointment, there is a chance that you will not be able to make any further appointments. We want to provide the highest quality of service possible here and focus on quality over quantity. Your pet is our main focus while they are here which is why we are a one on one salon. While that doesn’t work for everyone, this is how our business is run.
Thankfully, there are many talented groomers in our area. As much as we would love to help as many pets as we can we don’t want to take on so much clientele that it affects the care of the ones we currently service. We regularly book about eight weeks out.
And lastly, we truly appreciate all of our wonderful clients that it showed us undivided loyalty since we have opened. We are fortunate to know so many sweet dogs and their kind owners as a result of opening here 4 1/2 years ago.
