Drop off for Max Pack will be at the employee entrance. Look for the white privacy fence and signs that say "Employees Only." WE will meet you in the employee parking lot area. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE.

For new clients who have not yet filled out the required paperwork, I will need your email so I can forward the Red Dog client forms. These forms need to be filled out prior to your pup's Max Pack attendance. These forms, along with a copy of your pup's immunization records, need to be returned no later than when your pup is dropped off for Max Pack.

Price Adjustment Notification

We have maintained the pricing for Max Pack services consistently since 2021, diligently absorbing rising operational expenses. However, to ensure the continued high quality of our services and to offset increased operating costs, a price adjustment is now necessary. The revised pricing structure will become effective on October 1st, 2026. Should this adjustment present a financial challenge for your family, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to collaborating with you to ensure your dog's continued participation in Max Pack.

New pricing effective October 1st, 2026:
1 dog - $52

2 dogs - $40 per dog

3 or more dogs - $35 per dog

My pup, Fritz, is not feeling well. He has been diagnosed with an auto-immune illness that is Very painful. The Gang and I are going to take this week off to monitor Fritz, and de-stress from the weekend emergency vet visit.

We will be back Next Week, Weds Oct 7th.

I apologize for the inconvience and will miss everyone

PS: starting in Oct 2026, there will be a rate increase for Max Pack. I will send out a seperate text with details. If this increase is a hardship for anyone, please reach out to me. I do not want anyone to forego Max Pack due to pricing. You all are my friends and family and I appreciate you all..

Assumption Risk Acknowledgement Statement

By enrolling and participating in Max Pack activities, handlers and participants acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms regarding operational risks and safety protocols:

* Inherent Canine Risk: Working, socializing, and exercising dogs carries intrinsic behavioral and physical risks. While Max Pack employs professional mitigation strategies and proactive group management, unpredictable interactions—including minor skirmishes, nips, bites, or physical injuries to dogs or handlers—remain a possibility. Risk cannot be entirely eliminated in any group dog setting.

* Owner Duty of Disclosure: Owners must accurately report their dog's full behavioral history, known triggers, prior bite history, or medical limitations before joining each group session or activity.

* Immediate Removal Protocol: Max Pack reserves the right to remove any dog from a session if a dog displays escalating red-flag behaviors, unmanaged reactivity, or severe stress that compromises the safety or well-being of the other group participants.

*Owners acknowledge and accept that their dog's participation in Max Pack activities, while diligently managed to minimize risks, is not entirely without inherent risk. Prior to commencing or continuing any Max Pack activities, including but not limited to Max Pack Dogs Only Group, Dog Adventurers Club, Assessments, Private Lessons, Boarding, and Obedience Classes, all owners will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk Acknowledgment Statement.

*In the event of an injury, I will promptly notify you via text or call to inform you of the incident. The owner will then have the option to either retrieve their dog immediately or await the scheduled pick-up time. Should the injury be attributable to an oversight on the part of Max Pack, Max Pack will assume responsibility for the veterinary expenses, up to a $500 limit. However, if the injury results from typical dog-to-dog interactions, introductions into a play group, or helping a dog to learn approriate play behavior and dog-to-dog interaction, the owner will be responsible for the cost of any necessary veterinary care.

DAY BOARD YOUR DOG BEFORE AND AFTER MAX PACK THE RATE WILL BE $20.00. (TWO-WAY DAY BOARD.)

THE RATE FOR TWO DOGS FROM THE SAME FAMILY ATTENDING MAX PACK ON THE SAME DAY $35 PER DOG.

The hours on Weds will be drop off at 11am or after and pick up by 4pm. The cost is $45 dog. If two dogs from the same family attend Max Pack on the same day, the cost is $70. Text for the pricing for three or more dogs from the same family.

Drop off for Max Pack will be at the employee entrance. Look for the white privacy fence and signs that say "Employees Only." WE will meet you in the employee parking lot area. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE.

For new clients who have not yet filled out the required paperwork, I will need your email so I can forward the Red Dog client forms. These forms need to be filled out prior to your pup's Max Pack attendance. These forms, along with a copy of your pup's immunization records, need to be returned no later than when your pup is dropped off for Max Pack.
