Hi Italian Greyhound Lovers!

Thank you for inviting me to join your group.

I thought I would introduce myself and share a little about my life with Italian Greyhounds.

I have loved and owned Italian Greyhounds for more than 45 years. Jenny was my first Italian Greyhound in 1980, and there were many more to follow. As many of you know, one Italian Greyhound often multiplies into two... and then three... and sometimes even more!

Over the years, I have rescued Italian Greyhounds, fostered several wonderful boys until they found their forever homes, and bred and showed Italian Greyhounds under the Bandilane name.

Today, I share my life and heart with two wonderful rescue girls, Nicky and Beezie.

In addition to being an Italian Greyhound enthusiast, I am a professional dog trainer and behavior counselor. I was among the first group of trainers to earn the CPDT-KA certification and later owned Bandilane Canine Center, a dog daycare and training facility, for 15 years.

Over the years, I've helped many Italian Greyhound owners, and I'd love to help the people in this group as well.

Whether your challenges involve potty pad training or outdoor potty training, leash walking, puppy biting like a little shark, teaching your puppy to come when called, preventing them from picking up everything they find on the floor or outside, barking when you leave their side, fear of new things, keeping a puppy safe from jumping off furniture, or dealing with a broken leg, I've faced all of these issues and many more over the years, or helped someone successfully work through them.
