If you prefer your outpatient appointment to be managed curbside, we will also continue to accommodate this. Please note, our lobby will continue to be closed, therefore, Curbside Care will continue to be required for retail purchases, surgery admissions, surgery discharges and drop off appointments. In order to continue prioritizing the health of our team members, clients and patients, the follow

ing protocols will be followed: clients and team members are required to wear a facial covering at all times while in the clinic. If you do not have a facial covering, one will be provided to you or we will continue with your appointment through Curbside Care. Our examination rooms are small; due to this, we are only allowing one client in the examination room for the appointment. We ask our team members and our clients to do their best to stay 6 feet apart at all times. Thank you!
